The HotelPlanner Shootout Series will be operating every other week providing YOU with the opportunity to build your UTR rating and earn some great cash and valuable hotel vouchers along the way!

Saturday 24 January- Monday 26 January 2026

Draws and start times will be published on the Friday before each event by 6PM. Matches will start on Saturday morning, and players must be ready to compete on all scheduled tournament days.

Draw & Format

• Men’s & Women’s Singles Event Open to ALL LEVELS & AGES
• Draws will be structured and seeded using UTR
• Minimum of 2 x singles matches per player, with all matches processed for UTR ratings.
• Best of 3 sets – two standard tie-break sets with a deciding Super-Tiebreaker 3rd set (Consolation Draws may be revised to short set matches)

Entry/Withdrawal Deadline:

Friday, 23rd January 2026 at 3pm

Any entries received after the deadline cannot be accepted. Players that withdraw after the withdrawal deadline forfeit their entry fee refund, irrespective of reason.

• Male Players <UTR 12.50
• Female Players <UTR 10.50
• Entries are determined on first come, first served basis
